Your analysis must address strategy, finance, operations, and people dimensions coherently in a single document (≥3,000 words). At least 2 practitioners from different disciplines review it and provide documented feedback. Your revision log must show that substantive pushback was absorbed — not just acknowledged.

Deliver a Strategy Presentation with Expert Q&A

Elective. Present a strategic recommendation on a real business problem to ≥3 practitioners in a recorded session. Document the Q&A fully — what objections were raised, how you defended or revised your position. Verifiers must have relevant domain knowledge and must have asked real, challenging questions.

Build a Three-Statement Financial Model for Industry Analysis

Elective. Build a fully linked three-statement financial model from public filings. A finance professional confirms the model mechanics are correct and your assumptions are documented. Postgraduate students who completed this in the Financial Management path have already satisfied this step.

Conduct a Supply Chain Audit

Elective. Audit the end-to-end supply chain for a real product or service, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing structural improvements. An operations professional reviews your audit. Postgraduate students who completed this in the Operations & Supply Chain path have already satisfied this step.

Self-Designed MBA (4 Practitioner-Reviewed Deliverables)

Elective capstone. Design your own MBA curriculum across ≥4 core disciplines and produce a real deliverable for each module — a competitive analysis for Strategy, a financial model for Finance, a market research report for Marketing, and an operations improvement proposal for Operations. Each deliverable must be reviewed and challenged by a practitioner in that discipline. Revision notes showing real feedback absorbed are part of the proof. This is the most demanding step in the path.
