Privacy Policy

We collect your email address (from your OAuth provider), your OAuth provider account ID, any proofs you log, and any profile information you provide (name, bio, username). For signed-in adults who accept analytics, we also record product usage events (page views, feature usage) via PostHog. We count anonymous page visits with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. When you create an account, we record how you found Powstik: the first page you opened, the site that sent you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant) and any campaign or invite link you used. A small first-party cookie holds this for up to 30 days before you sign up.

Longevity CLINICAL proofs are enforced as private at the database level — they are never visible to other users or stored in public feeds. We do not collect payment information unless you purchase a paid program (Stripe handles all card data).

Your data is used to show your progress, connect you with cohorts, and generate your public proof record at powstik.com/{your-handle}. We send transactional emails (welcome, achievement unlocked) via Resend. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.

When someone confirms a proof through a sign-off link, we store their name, email and their confirmation, and create a basic account record for that email so the confirmation can be shown to the proof’s owner and their school or company. They can claim or delete it by contacting us. Each confirmation is cryptographically signed so it can be checked later.

You can delete your account from your account settings. Deletion removes your profile, email address, all proofs, enrollments, and identifying information immediately and permanently.

Credential records are retained anonymously. Verified Outcome Cards and path credentials you earned are kept as permanent anonymized records attributed to “Former Powstik Builder” — not your name or handle. This preserves the integrity of the verified credential network while fully erasing your identity from the platform. Credential embed URLs continue to resolve. You can request removal of specific credential records by sending a privacy request.

Snapshots shared to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) before deletion cannot be retroactively removed from those platforms.
