Terms of Service

Proofs are public evidence of your progress. Fabricated or misleading proofs violate the core value of Powstik and will result in account removal. We reserve the right to remove any proof that misrepresents a user's actual activities or skills.

You own the proofs and content you create. By making a proof public, you grant Powstik a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. You can change visibility settings or delete proofs at any time. Private proofs are never shown to other users.

We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, harassing, illegal, or fraudulent. We do not moderate outcomes or proof content for quality — we moderate for honesty and safety only.

Powstik will never show advertisements. This is a permanent commitment, not a current-phase policy.

Powstik is provided “as is” without warranties of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and give advance notice of planned downtime.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
