Complete a Self-Designed MBA Curriculum

52 weeks · 0 milestones

Design and complete a self-directed MBA across at least four core disciplines (strategy, finance, marketing, operations) — not by logging what you read, but by producing four real module deliverables: a competitive analysis, a financial model, a market research report, and an operations improvement proposal. Each deliverable must be reviewed and challenged by at least one person with relevant professional experience in that module's domain, and the proof submission must include each reviewer's written feedback plus a revision note explaining what changed and why. A syllabus and reading log alone do not satisfy this standard — the four artifacts, each with documented practitioner review, are the proof.

Design Your MBA Curriculum and Secure Practitioner Commitments

2–3 weeks

Design a self-directed MBA curriculum covering four tracks: strategy, finance, operations, and leadership. For each track, identify three to five specific outcomes you will produce (e.g., a three-statement financial model, a competitive analysis memo, a supply chain audit). Before beginning any track, secure written commitments from at least four practitioners — one per track — who agree to review your deliverable and provide substantive written feedback when complete. This upfront commitment secures the real verification layer that makes this outcome credible.

Proof required

Submit: (a) your curriculum document naming four tracks with three to five specific deliverables per track, and (b) written commitments (email confirmations) from at least four practitioners — one per track — confirming they will review and provide feedback on your named deliverable. Each practitioner must state their professional background relevant to the track they are reviewing.

What gets checked

  • Curriculum specifies deliverables by name — not 'learn finance' but 'build a three-statement financial model for a named public company'
  • Practitioner commitments are from real professionals with relevant experience — not peers or friends without domain background
  • Each of the four tracks (strategy, finance, operations, leadership) has a named deliverable and a named reviewer
