10 weeks · 3 milestones

Build to 100 unbroken pushups in a single set.

Milestone map

3 milestones

Test your maximum consecutive push-ups with correct form and reach 50 consecutive with a structured three-sessions-per-week programme. Form is the filter: chest to within one fist of the floor, elbows at 45° from torso, full lockout at top. Poor form makes high numbers meaningless and enables injury at higher counts. Video of every milestone set is required from day one.

Proof required

Submit a video (30 seconds minimum) of your maximum consecutive push-up test showing full range of motion — chest touching or nearly touching the floor each rep, arms fully extended at the top. Then submit a training log showing at least 6 weeks of progressive sessions reaching 50+ consecutive with correct form.

What gets checked

  • Video clearly shows chest at or near floor each rep and full arm extension at top — wide-angle enough to see full body position
  • Training log shows at least 3 sessions per week over 6 weeks with rep counts increasing over time
  • The maximum consecutive set in the log reaches 50 or more
