Map the current partner coordination structure — how decisions are made jointly between your organisation and at least two external partners, how deliverables and accountabilities are assigned across the boundary, how performance is measured on both sides, and how issues are escalated and resolved. Identify at least three specific breakdown points where partner coordination fails in practice: decisions made without partner input, deliverable accountability gaps at the boundary, escalation paths that stall, or misaligned expectations about timelines or quality standards.
Proof required
Submit a partner coordination map (diagram or table) showing joint decision flows, cross-boundary accountability assignments, and escalation paths for at least two partner relationships, plus a written analysis of at least 500 words identifying three specific breakdown points with their business or operational consequences. ADVERSARIAL VERIFICATION: a named alliance manager, head of partnerships, or strategic operations director (5+ years managing partner or vendor relationships) must read the map and analysis and provide written confirmation that the breakdown points are genuine coordination failures, not aspirational process improvements.
