10 weeks · 3 milestones

Lead or organise an environmental action with documented, quantified impact — trees planted, waste removed, land restored. Proof: before/after documentation and impact numbers.

3 milestones

Design a specific environmental action with a measurable, quantifiable target and confirm a partner organisation that will collaborate on or validate the effort. 'Measurable' means the impact can be expressed in numbers: trees planted, kilograms of waste removed, square metres of land restored, litres of water saved, or equivalent. The partner organisation connects your action to something larger than a single person's project and provides independent verification of the impact numbers — it can be a local council, a registered environmental charity, a community group, or a school programme.

Proof required

Share your action plan: the specific environmental problem being addressed, the quantified target (e.g. 'plant 50 native trees in degraded riverside land'), the site or area, the timeline, and your role in the action. Share written confirmation from the partner organisation that they are participating — an email, a letter of support, or an event listing naming both parties.

What gets checked

  • The target is quantified — not 'plant some trees' but 'plant 50 native trees at the named site'.
  • The partner organisation is real and named — a generic 'environmental group' or an organisation the submitter runs themselves does not count.
  • The action is physically grounded — a social media awareness campaign without a physical or measurable environmental action does not satisfy this outcome.
