Define Medium, Commitment, and Documentation System

Choose a single creative medium — daily sketching, daily writing, daily photography, daily music, or equivalent — and write a challenge specification: what counts as a valid daily output, what minimum standard each day's work must meet, and how you will document each day publicly or semi-publicly before midnight. Set up the documentation system (public folder, social account, blog, or equivalent) and publish Day 1.
Proof required
Submit: a written challenge specification covering medium, daily minimum standard, and documentation method; a link to your public or semi-public documentation channel; and your Day 1 piece published before midnight on the first day.
What gets checked
The daily minimum standard is specific — 'one finished sketch' passes; 'something creative' does not
The documentation channel is publicly or semi-publicly accessible — not saved only to a local folder
Day 1 is already published, proving the system works before claiming the milestone
