3 milestones

A 30-day yoga challenge starts with honest documentation of where you begin — not to judge your starting point, but to have something objective to compare against at Day 30. Photograph two flexibility benchmarks before your first session, choose a free structured 30-day program, and complete the first seven consecutive days following the program's sequence. The goal is to establish the chain before testing whether you can hold it.

Proof required

Submit (1) two baseline flexibility photos taken on Day 1 before any warm-up: a standing forward fold photographed from the side showing how close your hands reach to the floor, and a seated butterfly stretch photographed from above showing how high your knees are from the floor; (2) the name and URL of your chosen 30-day program; (3) your Day 1–7 practice log with each session's title or video name and duration.

What gets checked

  • Baseline photos are taken on Day 1 before warming up — photos taken mid-challenge or post-warm-up cannot serve as a valid comparison baseline. The date should be documentable from the photo or the session log
  • The chosen program is a numbered sequence, not a collection of random videos — the session log should show Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 following the program's own sequence, not random yoga content
  • The Day 1–7 log shows seven different calendar dates with specific session names or numbers from the program — entries that say only 'did yoga' do not show which session was completed
