Build a focused 3-piece portfolio targeting a specific design niche (brand identity, UI/UX, illustration — pick one). Each piece needs a project brief, the work itself, and a brief note on the design decisions. Speculative (self-initiated) work counts; real client work is preferred if available. Publish on Behance, Dribbble, or a personal site. Then define a clear service offering with a starting rate and send the first 10 personalised cold outreach messages to identified potential clients.
Proof required
Portfolio URL showing at least 3 published pieces with briefs and design rationale, plus a log of 10 outreach messages sent with recipient, medium, and date for each.
What gets checked
