Submit a 30-day practice log showing each individual date, duration, and session type (breath focus, body scan, guided, open awareness, etc.). A screenshot from a tracking app or a handwritten calendar is acceptable.

What gets checked

  • Log shows individual daily entries for 30 consecutive dates — not a monthly summary or weekly averages
  • Duration entries are realistic and varied — identical entries of exactly '20 mins' for every single day suggest template-filling rather than genuine records
