30 consecutive days of daily practice

30 days

Establish the daily habit with 30 unbroken days. Even 5 minutes of intentional sitting practice counts — this milestone is about consistency, not duration, technique sophistication, or peak experiences. Start short, start simple. Missing a day resets the streak to zero for this milestone.

Proof required

Submit a 30-day practice log showing each individual date, duration, and session type (breath focus, body scan, guided, open awareness, etc.). A screenshot from a tracking app or a handwritten calendar is acceptable.

What gets checked

  • Log shows individual daily entries for 30 consecutive dates — not a monthly summary or weekly averages
  • Duration entries are realistic and varied — identical entries of exactly '20 mins' for every single day suggest template-filling rather than genuine records
  • Session type varies across the month — indicates real engagement rather than an automated check-off

180-day midpoint with evolution reflection

180 days

Reach the halfway mark with a contemporaneous log. By day 180 the practice has begun to integrate into daily life. The most valuable evidence at this stage is how your approach to practice itself has evolved — the reflection should describe this arc, not merely confirm attendance.

Proof required

Submit days 1–180 of your log (consecutive entries), plus a 300-word reflection covering: how your approach to practice has changed since day 1, one thing that was harder than expected, and one observable change in your daily life you attribute to the practice.

What gets checked

  • Log shows 180 consecutive individual entries — no unexplained gaps of more than 3 consecutive days
  • Reflection describes genuine evolution in practice over 6 months, not a generic account — specific examples carry far more weight than general claims
  • Reflection acknowledges difficulty at some point — someone who found six months of daily meditation uniformly easy almost certainly was not practising seriously

Complete 365-day log with year-arc reflection

365 days

A full year of daily intentional practice is one of the most credible LONGEVITY outcomes on this platform, because it requires sustaining a commitment through illness, travel, work pressure, and all the disruptions a calendar year contains. The final submission combines a complete log, a year-arc reflection, and an external witness statement.

Proof required

Submit your complete 365-day practice log, a 500-word reflection on how the practice has changed your daily life over the full year, and a written statement from someone who knew you before the year started and can speak to observable changes in your behaviour or approach.

What gets checked

  • Full 365-day log with no unexplained consecutive gaps of more than 3 days — a brief interruption (illness, travel) is realistic and should be documented, not hidden
  • Reflection covers the full-year arc — not just the most recent month; references changes that only emerge over sustained practice across different seasons of life
  • Witness statement comes from someone with genuine long-term contact who names a specific observable change — not a generic 'yes they meditated this year'
