Build a High-Yield Study System Across All Step 1 Systems
8–16 weeks
Systematically review all seven major organ systems tested in USMLE Step 1 (cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, gastrointestinal, neurology, immunology/microbiology, endocrinology) using a spaced-repetition Anki deck and a structured study schedule. Track daily questions completed and daily Anki reviews. A complete system review means you can explain pathophysiology, buzzword presentations, and diagnostic criteria for the high-yield conditions in each system.
Proof required
Submit: (a) a study log showing at minimum eight weeks of daily Anki reviews and question practice (can be an Anki statistics screenshot showing reviews and retention rate, plus a daily practice log), (b) a performance table showing your accuracy rate by system at the start and end of your study period, and (c) at least one completed NBME free 120 or equivalent free practice set with your answer sheet and score.
What gets checked
- Study log covers all eight weeks continuously — gaps of more than three consecutive days require explanation
- Accuracy improvement is visible across systems — the performance table should show measurable change from baseline to end
- At least one free practice set is completed under timed conditions and the score documented
