Build a Journaling Habit
9 weeks · 3 milestones
Build a 60-day journaling habit using structured prompts (expressive writing, gratitude, or reflection). Proof is a timestamped log of at least 50 entries across 60 days — minimum 100 words each — and a 500-word meta-reflection. Verifiers confirm entry count, word count, and date range. No mental-state disclosure required.

3 milestones
Write at least 3 sentences in a journal every day for 21 consecutive days. No topic constraint — write whatever is present. Log each entry with the date and a rough word count. The goal is to establish the habit, not to produce great writing.
Proof required
Submit a dated log of your 21-day streak with a word-count estimate per entry.
What gets checked
- 21 consecutive dated entries exist with word counts that vary naturally
- Some entries are short (3 sentences), some much longer — zero variation suggests post-hoc fill
- Submitter can describe one specific dated entry that surprised them when asked
