Present to Your Class

4 weeks · 2 milestones

Give a short presentation, show-and-tell, or speech in front of your class or a group. A teacher confirmation or a short video clip counts as proof. The goal is speaking in front of others — not a polished performance.

3 milestones

Your child picks a topic they care about and works out three to five key things they want to say about it. Planning what to say — not just which topic — is the step that separates a confident presentation from a last-minute scramble. A child who knows their key points can recover from nerves because they know what comes next.

Proof required

Write down the topic your child chose, list three to five key points they plan to cover (in their own words or drawn), and describe how they plan to show or explain each point — speaking, showing a drawing, using a poster, or using simple slides.

What gets checked

  • Topic is named and the child can say what it is about in one sentence
  • At least three key points are written down or drawn — not just a title for each section, but actual content
  • Plan includes at least one way to show or explain each point, not just the topic labels
