Cooking instructions Noodles:
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 min. Add oil and salt to taste.
- Too chewy – try cooking for longer. Too soft – rinse under cold water
- Drain the hot water and rinse with cold water
- Mix the noodles with your favourite pasta sauce or asian sauce and vegetables
- Nutritious millet noodles are ready to serve
Cooking instructions Vermicelli:
- Rinse the Vermicelli in plain water and then steam cook the vermicelli for 6-8min in an idli pan
- After that rinse it with cold water. Mix a spoon of oil to the vermicelli
- Heat the oil and fry mustard seeds, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, cabbage, carrot, beans, and salt. Then mix the cooked vermicelli
- The nutritious millet vermicelli is ready to serve
