Millets Low GI Instant Dosa Mix
- Add 1 measure of dosa mix to 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter
- Pre-heat the tawa
- Spread sufficient amount of banner on hot tawa on medium flame
- Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the sides
- Roast till dosa gets golden & crispy
- Serve with coconut/mint chutney
Millets Low GI Instant Idli Mix
- Add 1 measure of idli mix to 1 measure of curd & 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter
- Grease idli moulds.
- Fill the batter in the idli moulds
- Steam idlis for 15-20 min
- Remove the idli plates from the water pan
- Run a knife around the idlis. They will pop out of their moulds
- Serve soft and fluffy idlis with coconut peanut chutney & sambar.
