Millet Instant Dosa Mix

Cooking Instructions

1. Add 1 measure of dosa mix to 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter
2. Pre-heat the tawa
3. Spread sufficient amount of banner on hot tawa on medium flame
4. Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the sides
5. Roast till dosa gets golden & crispy
6. Serve with coconut/mint chutney
