Cooking Instructions:
Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 10 mins
- Soak vermicelli in room temperature water for 3 mins
- Cook vermicelli in steam for 5 mins
- For sweet, add Sugar/Jaggery & Coconut (optional)
- For spicy, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, chilli, curry leaves, onion and salt
- Add the steamed vermicelli in the pan and mix thoroughly for 3 mins and serve hot
